Shipping Information
The Olive Tree of Northport accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Northport, NY via USPS. The Olive Tree ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3~6 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 11:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Priority and Express orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 3~6 days. Shipments during Holidays may be delayed do to high volume. If ordering during a holiday season, the earlier the order is placed the sooner we can process the order and have it arrive on time.

Return Policy
All refunds must be made within a 6-8 day period of purchase with a valid receipt. If you would like to return a product you could only do so if the bottle is unopened and free of damage. How do I redeem a coupon code?

If you have a coupon code you may redeem it during the checkout process. After filling out your billing and shipping address a "Coupon Code" field will be presented. Apply your coupon code and a confirmation message will appear showing the discount. The Olive Tree of Northport will provide coupon codes via our newsletter, website, or Facebook and Instagram page.

How is my order processed? Do I need an account?

All orders are processed through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way of ordering online. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from our website. At checkout please click "checkout as guest" and submit your order with the required information.

When will my order arrive at its destination?
